One brand, used the same way by everyone.
The mark works because it is consistent. Navy carries the weight and gold does the finishing — a rule, a line, an accent. When gold covers large areas it stops reading as gold and starts reading as beige, so let navy or white hold the space and let gold land last.
If a Lewis Real Estate logo did not come from this page or the official kit, do not use it.
Two colours do the work.
Tap any value to copy it. For a first print run, ask the printer to match to a physical swatch, approve a proof, and record the chips they use. Every job after that will match.
Two typefaces, both free.
Libre Caslon Text
Regular weight almost always. It ships only in 400 and 700, so if a design calls for a medium serif, the answer is size, not weight.
Montserrat
400 for body, 600 for labels. Sets wider than most sans faces, so give it room before shrinking it.
Both are Google Fonts, so they behave the same in Canva, in Google Docs, and at any print shop.
Which logo do I use?
Six lockups. The choice is usually obvious once you know the rule, and the rule is always about where it is going, never about which one you like best.
Pick by what sits behind it.
The advertising rules that protect you.
The kit is built to these, so following it keeps you clean. This is a summary for working use, not legal advice — the standards document is the full version.
If you need something that is not in the kit, ask before you make it. Give a few days of lead time and it gets built right the first time.
Everything else, by where you would look for it.
The standards, and the rest of the kit
Every logo, print file, email graphic and web token above downloads straight from this page, no sign-in needed. The bulkier folders — social templates, stationery, signage, merch and the fonts — live in the shared drive, which opens with your Lewis Real Estate account once your access is set up. If you are not there yet, ask the office and we will send what you need.
